Reimbursement

We will provide a lump-sum reimbursement of EUR 1250, allocated as follows: EUR 250 for each travel grant recipient and EUR 500 for the onsite representative. The reimbursement will be made directly to the society. Kindly download reimbursement form and return it to asiacongress@esmo.org by 5th January 2026 so we can process the reimbursement promptly.
