UICC’s virtual General Assembly & access the voting platform

We look forward to your attendance at UICC’s first ever virtual General Assembly. As a reminder, the UICC General Assembly will be held on 6th October 2020. The voting will open at 00h01 CET and the presentations will start at 14h00 CET.

All members of UICC are invited to attend the General Assembly. It is a great opportunity for you, as members, to receive updates and provide input on UICC’s work. As a full UICC member organisation, you will have the right to vote for the new Board of Directors and the President-elect as well as approve the financial accounts.

No registrations are required to attend.

IMPORTANT: Full member organisations are entitled to one vote per organisation. This link and passcode are unique to your organisation, and this message is sent to the assigned main contacts for UICC matters. Full members are responsible for deciding internally within their organisation who votes during the UICC General Assembly.

This link enables you to access the voting platform. The voting platform is accessible as from 00h01 CET and will close at approximately 15h20 CET (prior the live results). Full members will vote on the following:

• Approval of the agenda
• Approval of the minutes of the 2018 General Assembly
• Approval for UICC annual accounts
• Discharge of the Board / discharge of the CEO
• 2020-2022 President-elect
