Listen up, guys!

Testicular cancer is more common than you might think, especially among young men. But the good news is that it's often treatable, especially when caught early. That's where self-exams come in! ⏱️

Doing a monthly self-exam can help you familiarize yourself with what's normal for you, so you can easily identify any changes. It's a simple way to take charge of your health.

During your next warm shower, check for these:

🔸Lumps or bumps on your testicles
🔸Changes in size or shape of your testicles
🔸Any tenderness or pain in your testicles

Notice anything unusual? Don't panic! Just see a doctor to get checked out. Early detection is key to successful treatment.
